Data Upload
Submit peptide or protein molecular dynamics data for pHaseMD4AI review. Please provide a compressed archive containing the relevant structure, trajectory, metadata, and analysis files.
Upload requirements
Before submitting your dataset.
The uploaded file must be a compressed archive. Accepted formats may include zip, tar, tar.gz, tgz, or similar archive files.
- Maximum file size: 5 GB
- Include clear file descriptions and protein or peptide naming information
- Use one archive per submission when possible
